Simple tips to keep your skin healthy

·        Avoid using many products

·        Keep your skin moist. Use a moisturizer. Cream for dry skin, lotion for normal skin and gel for oily skin for the face. For the body, lotion or oil.

·        Keep your skin clean. Use a mild soap or mild face wash.



·        Protect from sun. Use an umbrella or a hat. If you want to use a sunscreen, see a dermatologist.

·        Eat a balanced diet, so you get all the vitamins, mainly A, E and C necessary for the skin.

·        Drink enough water, which will keep your body, and the skin well hydrated.

·        Be well informed when you choose to use home remedies.
